LUCENT Surgical strives to develop the highest level of professional competence and skill in every staff member.  To ensure that our personnel are the best trained and most qualified in the industry--and equal to the challenges of your facility--we have developed a dynamic, fully integrated program of training and support.  In accordance with International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) guidelines for personnel, each on-site employee is required to be a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST).  Continuing education, a fundamental part of our training, includes IAHCSMM courses and seminars as well as educational presentations by manufacturers and consulting groups.
